You will play a pivotal role in managing communications, processing orders, and addressing strategic customer needs while contributing to revenue growth and long-term client success. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for your customers—responding to purchase and service requests, placing orders, providing quotes, customizing storefronts, and coordinating artwork and logo designs. Collaborate closely with Account Managers to meet account needs and communicate with both decision-makers and end users within assigned accounts. Keep all stakeholders informed by managing timelines and delivering clear, consistent updates throughout each stage of the order or project. Partner with your Account Manager to develop and execute strategic growth plans, including outbound call and email outreach campaigns, to expand wallet share and acquire new customers within your territory. Participate in quarterly travel (5–6 days/quarter) to attend in-person client meetings, events, or vendor conferences. Leverage account data and market insights to assess performance and identify areas for improvement or expansion. Contribute to a strong, positive team culture by sharing best practices, brainstorming solutions, innovating processes—and having fun along the way. Become a product expert, stay informed on competitors, and master internal tools and workflows that support sales and service delivery. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all activities using HubSpot CRM. Strong Communication – Communicate clearly and professionally with executive stakeholders, customers, and internal team members, both in writing and verbally.
