A Typical Day Includes: Understanding customers' unique needs and recommending suitable ACE products and services. Building trust through effective communication, empathy, and exceptional customer service. Handling a variety of services, including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. Maintaining strict compliance with industry regulations, prioritizing accuracy and confidentiality. We are looking for Sales Associates with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrive working independently and take accountability for store performance. Listening actively and empathizing with customers is crucial to providing outstanding service. Having a solid grasp of ACE's diverse financial products and services is beneficial. A minimum of two years of retail experience is preferred, and proficiency in Spanish is a plus in many markets. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Travel Requirements: You will primarily travel locally but may need to visit multiple store locations in a single day when necessary. Physical Demands: This position requires prolonged standing, as well as sitting, walking, reaching, bending, and effective verbal communication. You must be able to clearly see at varying distances and adjust focus as necessary. Occasionally, you may lift or move items up to 25 lbs. The ability to work 10-12 hours in a confined area is required, in compliance with state labor laws.
