As a Retail Sales Professional, your role is to engage customers and provide an exceptional in-store experience. You will represent Boot Barn’s mission and values through your actions and communication while demonstrating expertise in sales, product knowledge, merchandising, and point-of-sale operations. Key Responsibilities: Foster a culture of service and sales; exceed expectations to build lasting customer relationships. Develop in-depth knowledge of our product categories and effectively communicate product benefits to customers. Achieve measurable goals, including units per transaction, average dollar per transaction, and customer information capture rates. Stay informed on current promotions and company merchandising standards. Assist in processing merchandise and maintaining floor stock. Efficiently complete sales transactions while adhering to cash handling procedures. Actively seek opportunities for personal development and improvement in metrics through collaboration with the leadership team. Follow all applicable local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and procedures. Maintain high standards of quality, attendance, and appearance. Qualifications: Strong communication, customer service, time management, and organizational skills. Availability for various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
