As a Retail Sales Expert, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting store atmosphere that emphasizes exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include: Enhancing a sales-focused environment by delivering extraordinary customer experiences. Assisting the team with receiving shipments and preparing products for display. Communicating and tracking all in-transit shipment details with the leadership team. Ensuring a well-organized and accessible stockroom for team members. Leading and participating in the restocking process to maintain optimal inventory levels. Contributing to loss prevention through cycle counts and inventory transfers. Engaging in continuous staff training and sharing product knowledge. Maintaining the store's physical environment and facilities. Qualifications: Outstanding selling skills, customer service, and client engagement. Strong organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented work ethic. Exemplary character, honesty, and integrity. Requirements: High School Diploma. Must be 18 years of age or older. Able to stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, squatting, and kneeling. Capability to provide exceptional customer service. Able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly. Reliable transportation. Availability for 15-20 hours per week, including weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), evenings, and holidays as needed. Part-Time Benefits: Competitive hourly pay plus incentives.
