Selected candidates will be contacted as positions arise throughout the year. Selling Expert Responsibilities Foster a culture of superior service and sales, building lasting customer relationships. Develop expertise in our product categories and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Meet measurable performance goals such as units per transaction and average transaction value. Stay informed about current promotions and merchandise. Maintain company merchandising standards and assist with the overall store presentation. Help process merchandise and monitor stock levels on the sales floor. Accurately complete sales transactions, ensuring cash and media accountability. Work with store leadership to develop skills and improve performance metrics. Comply with all local laws and company policies. Complete any other duties assigned by management. Exhibit high standards of work quality, attendance, and professional appearance. Qualifications Excellent communication, customer service, time management, and organizational skills. Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
