BayMark Health Services is seeking a seasoned and visionary leader to serve as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of our Residential Treatment Center. This role entails overseeing all operational, financial, and administrative aspects of the center, which provides specialized programs and services for individuals with substance abuse disorders, focusing particularly on opioid use disorder. The CEO will ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care that aligns with our mission of transforming lives through innovative and compassionate treatment. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of addiction treatment, healthcare management, and strategic development, facilitating a collaborative environment that fosters excellence in patient care and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's mission and market needs while ensuring financial stability and growth. Manage senior staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality. Ensure that the center meets all compliance and quality standards set by healthcare authorities and internal policies. Drive business development activities, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, healthcare providers, and policy-makers. Oversee financial management, including budget planning, resource allocation, and financial reporting, to optimize operational efficiency. Champion patient-centered care by leading initiatives that enhance patient engagement, satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.
