Lead and develop the high-level operational strategy for the treatment center. Oversee clinical and administrative functions to ensure compliance with national healthcare standards and local regulations. Spearhead innovative program development to enhance treatment effectiveness and client satisfaction. Drive the center's financial performance, including budget preparation, resource allocation, and fiscal management. Maintain and strengthen community partnerships, engaging with key stakeholders to expand outreach and integration of services. Lead the recruitment, training, and development of senior staff; fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
