The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, representing the organization with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. This role supports front desk operations, manages communications, and provides administrative and general office support to ensure smooth day-to-day workplace operations.
This is a part-time role.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner
Manage guest and employee check-in procedures to ensure accurate access and security
Assist with administration and maintenance of the card access system
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area, including nearby conference rooms
Answer incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and route calls to appropriate team members
Provide general information and assistance to visitors, employees, and contractors
Schedule meetings and manage conference room reservations
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Order, stock, and maintain office supplies, including coffee, beverages, snacks, and general materials
Provide backup support to other team members as needed
Assist with office moves, including setting up technology and relocating standing desks
Support ESG-related events and activities throughout the year
What you should bring
Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred
Professional appearance with a strong customer-focused mindset
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, organize systems, and establish efficient procedures
Ability to prioritize tasks, coordinate activities, multitask effectively, and take initiative
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Detail-oriented with strong office skills, including typing and proofreading
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to maintaining a welcoming and professional work environment
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Dependable, punctual, and reliable
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Adaptability with a proactive, problem-solving approach

401K:Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
11 Paid Holidays per year.
Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
