Staffmark is hiring a Quality Technician for an exciting temp position in Raleigh, NC with a cutting-edge scientific organization known for advancing laboratory standards and excellence. Pay and Schedule:

Pay : $25.00/hour

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type : Temporary

What You'll Do:

Administer and manage Proficiency Testing (PT) studies, including data collection and final report preparation
Analyze laboratory data for statistical accuracy, trends, and inconsistencies
Provide support to participating labs with study logistics, data interpretation, and evaluations
Maintain and review SOPs, QC records, and documentation in compliance with ISO standards (ISO 17025, ISO 17034, ISO 17043, ISO 9001) and TNI regulations
Log and investigate customer/internal complaints, identify root causes, and support resolutions
Assist with internal audits and corrective actions to ensure continuous quality improvement
Collaborate across departments to uphold quality benchmarks and performance metrics

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Science or Mathematics preferred
0-2 years of quality, compliance, or lab experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
Clear communicator and team player with a strong work ethic
