The Role:

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering compassionate, individualized mental health care to seniors in the comfort of their homes, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including evaluating mental health status, cognitive function, and behavioral concerns in elderly patients. Developing and implementing personalized mental health care plans, addressing conditions such as depression, anxiety, dementia, and other geriatric psychiatric disorders. Prescribing and managing psychotropic medications while monitoring patients for side effects, interactions, and treatment efficacy.
