Pay: $21/hour
Shift: 1st Shift, Full-Time
As the Property Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the apartment community, ensuring all aspects of the property run smoothly and efficiently. Your duties will include leasing units, maintaining strong tenant relations, addressing resident concerns, and supervising both maintenance and leasing staff. You'll coordinate maintenance efforts, conduct regular property inspections, and ensure all units and common areas meet property standards. Additionally, you'll handle rent collection, enforce lease agreements, manage delinquencies, and prepare budgets and financial reports. The role also involves managing vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies, and organizing community events to promote resident satisfaction and engagement.
Requirements:
5+ years of property management experience (multi-family preferred)
Strong knowledge of leasing practices and fair housing laws
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio)
High school diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor's degree preferred
