Location: Remote/Hybrid (after 6 months) Type: Full-Time | Permanent Salary Range: $48,278 $62,103 annually + commission Schedule Options: Sunday through Thursday Tuesday through Saturday Monday through Friday Training: 6 weeks | MondayFriday | 9:00 AM5:00 PM PST What Youll Do Handle inbound calls to assist clients with insurance inquiries Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and close sales Provide quotes, explain policy features, and guide clients through the application process Maintain accurate records in CRM systems Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Complete continuing education to maintain licensing

Medical, dental, vision coverage, short- and long-term disability, and life insurance Paid Vacation you will receive at least 13 vacation days in the first 12 months, amounts could be greater depending on the role. While able to use prior to accrual, vacation time will accrue monthly.
