About the Role Expedition—the unified platform behind Checkfront, Rezdy, and Regiondo—is entering its next stage of hyper-growth. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can translate market insights into crisp positioning, persuasive enablement, and launches that scale globally across four time zones and three customer-facing brands. You’ll be the connective tissue between Product, Sales, and Customer Success—owning go-to-market strategy, messaging, and adoption for a best-in-class tours-and-activities SaaS suite.
What you will do Focus Area Key Responsibilities Go-to-Market Leadership • Drive the global GTM framework—road-mapping launches, defining success metrics, and aligning stakeholders in Product, Dev, and Design. • Partner with regional marketing teams to tailor narratives and campaigns for EMEA, APAC, and North America. Positioning & Messaging • Lead recurring value-prop refreshes to keep Expedition differentiated in a crowded market. • Own customer-facing messaging, from website copy to pitch decks, ensuring consistency across three brands. Enablement • Build sales & upgrade toolkits (battlecards, ROI calculators, demo scripts) for 40 + CSM / AE teammates. • Run quarterly “Product Marketing State of the Union” to sync field teams on market shifts, roadmap, and competitive intel. Market & Customer Insights • Design and run the annual Product-Market-Fit survey; analyze stickiness drivers and present findings to Exec & Product. • Maintain feedback loops with customers, partners, and analysts to influence roadmap priorities. Launch & Adoption • Orchestrate end-to-end launches (alpha → GA) including positioning, packaging, pricing recommendations, and success tracking. • Monitor post-launch usage; lead optimization sprints to hit activation and expansion targets. What we are looking for 5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally within a fast-scaling or M&A environment. Proven success building global GTM strategies and cross-functional alignment. Strong storyteller with data chops—able to convert research into crisp messaging and dashboards. Hands-on enablement experience (decks, battlecards, demo flows) for large commercial teams. Comfortable running surveys, customer interviews, and competitive analysis Excellent project-management and communication skills across multiple time zones. Passion for travel, tours, or the guest-experience industry a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience. We are open to hiring in Austin, Denver and other US locations.
