My background spans teaching, consulting, and data analytics. I joined Motion as the first business generalist and soon specialized in growth, focusing on product, data, and marketing. Im passionate about distribution and believe that effective growth requires fighting for every inch of market share through focused efforts and high standards. Motions growth team excels because we focus on a few top-tier distribution channels and make data-driven decisions. About The Role We are hiring our first dedicated Product Marketing Manager. You will be the first to own Motion's product marketing strategy, crafting narratives and positioning that resonate. You will manage go-to-market strategies for new features and products (notably AI employees), lifecycle marketing, SEO, GEO initiatives, sales enablement, and content marketing. I will teach you about our product and customers, and you will develop content that drives conversions. The goal is to build the most successful B2B software brandsimilar to Duolingo but for enterpriseby leveraging a high-talent team and rapid execution. You will succeed if you: Are ambitious and eager to prove yourself. Expect high responsibilities and standards, with coaching and feedback to foster growth. Can own projects and navigate ambiguity. You can set goals, fill in gaps, and deliver quality work quickly. Deeply understand our customers. You can craft compelling messaging and guide go-to-market decisions with limited data.
