Your Role as a Physical Therapy Assistant Utilize your skills and experience to make a difference every day: Provide high-quality physical therapy treatment in accordance with regulations and professional standards. Execute assigned physical therapy tasks under supervision to support patient progress. Maintain open communication across hospital departments to effectively meet staff and patient needs. Qualifications State licensure or certification is required. CPR certification preferred based on hospital policy. Completion of an accredited physical therapy program is preferred. Demonstrated competence in delivering physical therapy treatment. Strong communication skills for effective interactions with patients, families, and caregivers.
