We are in search of a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant who is passionate about partnering with patients on their journey to restore motion and optimize their functioning. In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance the quality of life and movement potential of our clients through promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation. Responsibilities: Identify and address patients' goals and needs. Deliver cost-effective treatments that enhance clients' motion and mobility. Reduce reliance on medications and offer alternatives to surgery. Formulate individualized care plans utilizing a variety of treatment techniques. Design fitness and wellness programs based on patients' specific requirements. Provide high-quality, personalized, and evidence-based care. Inspire and motivate patients during treatments to achieve optimal functionality. Advocate for a healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Collaborate with other health professionals for comprehensive care. Evaluate the effectiveness of treatments and monitor progress, ensuring clear communication. Accurately document all patient care services. Skills: Proven experience as a physical therapist. Extensive education and clinical expertise. Able to manage a diverse range of patient personalities. Current knowledge of treatment practices. Motivated to pursue continuous learning and growth. Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
