Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Personal Injury Lawyer to join our high-performing legal team on a permanent basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to handle a wide range of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, trucking collisions, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and tort law. Our ideal candidate is a tenacious litigator with a proven track record of successful trial experience. Responsibilities: As a Personal Injury Lawyer, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Representing clients in court and presenting evidence to defend clients or argue against the opposition. 2. Researching and analyzing legal issues related to personal injury cases. 3. Interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations for personal injury cases. 4. Preparing and drafting legal documents, such as lawsuits, appeals, wills, contracts, and deeds. 5. Negotiating settlements for legal disputes, including auto accidents, trucking collisions, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and tort law cases. 6. Providing legal advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations. 7. Developing strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases. 8. Keeping abreast of current legislation, court decisions, and other developments that may affect the practice of personal injury law.
Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the state bar. 3. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing Personal Injury Lawyer. 4. Extensive experience in litigation and trial proceedings. 5. Proven track record of handling cases related to auto accidents, trucking collisions, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and tort law. 6. Strong experience in negotiating settlements and representing clients in court. 7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 8. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. 9. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 10. Strong commitment to professional ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
