Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to promote mental well-being.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients during overnight hours.
Document care activities and report any changes in client condition to management.
Respond promptly to client needs and emergencies as they arise.
Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving preferred.
Previous experience in home care or a caregiving role is required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle emergencies calmly.
Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
Availability to work overnight shifts and weekends as needed.
