Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
  • Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to promote mental well-being.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients during overnight hours.
  • Document care activities and report any changes in client condition to management.
  • Respond promptly to client needs and emergencies as they arise.
  • Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving preferred.
  • Previous experience in home care or a caregiving role is required.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle emergencies calmly.
  • Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
  • Availability to work overnight shifts and weekends as needed.
