SNI Companies is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the office. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, active environment and enjoys taking on a variety of administrative tasks. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the potential for long-term placement based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally. Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and correspondence. Coordinate events and meetings, including logistics and creating materials (e.g., flyers using Canva). Manage calendars and assist with scheduling for executives and team members. Monitor and order office supplies to maintain inventory. Assist with external coordination, including vendors and service providers. Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office and reception area.
Qualifications:
1-4 years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar role. Associate degree preferred. Bilingual (English / Spanish required). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook); Canva knowledge is a plus. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
