Job Description
RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing one of the premier construction companies in Florida with headquarters in Doral, FL that is currently seeking an Office Manager. This is a full-time, permanent role with excellent compensation and benefits package.
Our client specializes in renovations and new building projects with offices in Orlando, Miami, and Delray Beach. Serving multiple market sectors throughout Florida including but not limited to: hospitality, multifamily, entertainment, retail, professional offices, financial & banking, healthcare, K-12, higher education and municipal / federal.
Key job duties, among others:
- Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and route messages and correspondence efficiently.
- Maintain office supplies for multiple locations, coordinate facility repairs, and ensure common areas remain clean and organized.
- Process and route overhead invoices, manage mail and package deliveries, prepare check documentation, and maintain digital filing systems.
- Monitor and notify vendors of insurance expirations, review credentials, and assist with 1099 procedures and credit applications.
- Maintain fleet service logs, coordinate vehicle maintenance, handle SunPass violations, and manage accident reporting and insurance claims.
- Prepare workstations, issue badges, safety gear, business cards, and coordinate IT and facilities access for new hires.
- Renew and upload occupational and company licenses to internal systems, including RedTeam.
- Manage orders for safety equipment (PPE).
- Organize and coordinate company events, team activities, and celebrations.
- Serve as a point of contact for IT, cleaning, and maintenance teams; perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
