*Description* Candidates must have at least 1-2 years of healthcare experience and clear understanding of how HMO Insurance work. Receives incoming calls through phone queues involving multiple issues from Members and Health Plans. Maintains or exceeds quality and productivity standards of a minimum of 50+ calls per day with matching documentation. Previous healthcare experience coming from a Production Enviorment. Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role. *Skills* customer service, data entry, medical terminology, healthcare industry, Call center, Customer support, Project management, Help desk *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Medical Office Support, Scanning, Filing, Faxing *Experience Level* Entry Level *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Los Angeles, CA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
