Responsibilities include: Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist clients with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications include: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Bilingual Armenian preferred. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
