Destination Homes is seeking an experienced and proven Marketing professional who specializes in digital marketing strategy. The Marketing Manager plays an important role at Destination Homes by assisting in the development and implementation of the company’s marketing and brand strategy. The Marketing Manager executes marketing campaigns and is proficient with day-to-day marketing activities while striving to meet deadlines to meet the company’s changing needs. They ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes and content.
Primary Duties: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to engage customers and drive brand recognition
Help in developing creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications including print, digital, and video assets
Coordinate the work of various external creative consultants
Manage the content marketing, email marketing, and SEO programs of Destination Homes
Maintain the design, traffic, UX, and content of the company website
Create, manage, and maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all marketing platforms
Aid in the design and implementation of social media strategies and set objectives to align with business goals
Keep up to date on the latest social media and marketing trends, as well as digital and social media advancements
Work with home builder partners and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing objectives and strategies
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
Conduct research of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data and key metrics
Establish and evaluate marketing strategy by assembling sales forecasts, setting objectives, organizing promotional presentation, and updating calendars
Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotion
Support and promote Destination Homes’ mission statement, vision, and core values
Assist with all other tasks and projects as directed by management
All other duties as assigned Qualifications: 3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing and advertising
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent certification
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
Proficiency in photo and video editing software such as Adobe (including Photoshop)
Knowledge of web design principles
Solid understanding of eCommerce, PPC, SEO, and SEM
Strong project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Attention to detail

Physical Requirements This position requires frequent walking, standing, and climbing stairs in/around construction site, apartment homes, models, and properties
Must have the ability to read and comprehend large quantities of information, operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move, and carry up to 60 lbs. independently
Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about office setting
