JOB SUMMARY:
The Utah Mammoth is seeking a Marketing Digital Products Manager to oversee digital products and drive fan engagement, experiences, and enhancements for our fans through our digital platforms. This role will oversee app, website, SMS, and email platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience working within existing app and web environments and have experience implementing customer-facing digital solutions across web, mobile, and apps.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with marketing leadership, key stakeholders, and users across the Utah Mammoth to define the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
- Lead the ongoing development and execution of the product roadmap for the Utah Mammoth's apps and digital platforms.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to, Marketing, Business Analytics, Ticketing, New Business, Corporate Partnerships, and Game Presentation on utilization, optimization, and activations.
- Track and report on product performance, helping evaluate future investments and growth opportunities.
- Manage the functional design process by integrating a deep understanding of user needs and technical capabilities.
- Translate the product roadmap into clear product requirements, including features, user stories, and test acceptance criteria.
- Play a key role in defining user experience strategies for users, including fans and partners.
- Establish workflows for efficient management and deployment of digital product updates.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in digital product management, ideally in the sports or entertainment industry.
- Strong skills in gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Experience building, managing, and maintaining CMS tools.
- Comfortable working in Figma to design prototypes.
- Proven leadership ability with strong communication and presentation skills, particularly in guiding cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, a strong team player, and highly process-driven.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- This person must be able to communicate and express themselves both written and verbally.
- This person must be able to observe, inspect, estimate, and assess.
- This person must be able to sit, stand, bend, walk, and climb stairs for long periods of time.
- This person must be able to lift 20 lbs.
