A growing and highly stable manufacturer is seeking a hands-on, versatile Maintenance Technician to support both production equipment and facility maintenance at its 70,000 sq. ft. facility. What You'll Do
This role is a 50/50 split between machine maintenance and building maintenance . The right candidate will be a flexible, solutions-oriented problem-solver who enjoys variety in their workday.
Responsibilities include:
Troubleshooting and repairing production machinery
Performing preventative maintenance and minor repairs on building systems
Diagnosing and resolving electrical issues up to 480V
Handling basic hydraulic and pneumatic repairs
Using hand and power tools to complete a variety of tasks
Coordinating with outside vendors when needed
Following safety procedures, including lockout/tagout What We're Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications:
Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability
Hands-on experience maintaining both machinery and building infrastructure
Basic electrical skills (motors, sensors, belts, up to 480V)
Comfort working with hydraulic/pneumatic systems
Familiarity with general building upkeep (lighting, flooring, plumbing repairs)
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Comfortable using power tools and basic shop equipment
Basic understanding of OSHA standards and safety procedures Nice-to-Haves: Experience working on or around CNC machinery
Previous work in a manufacturing or machining environment
