Staffmark is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a leading manufacturing team in San Dimas, CA. In this role, you'll perform installation, repair, and preventative maintenance on equipment, tools, vehicles, and facility systems-helping ensure a safe and efficient workplace for all team members.
Pay: $25-$28/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 1st Shift | Start time: 5:00 AM | Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment and tools
Troubleshoot basic electrical and mechanical systems
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and service manuals
Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for repairs and fabrication
Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities
Operate forklifts, hoists, and lifting equipment to move parts and tools
Maintain electronic records, checklists, and documentation
Uphold safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards
Qualifications:
4-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Ability to read electrical and mechanical diagrams
Skilled with hand tools, welding, plumbing, and basic electrical work
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
Strong attention to safety and detail
