POSITION OVERVIEW
This position handles commercial/personal real estate and SBA general loan operation
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
* Loan generation, funding and boarding * Prepares SBA 1086 agreement * Reviews and monitors collateral insurances. * Handles general loan servicing for all loans * Handles monthly invoices * Daily loan payment and charge back * Handles daily loan statement and notices * Monitors tickler report and UCC continuation * Posts daily payment * Posts loan advance upon request * Balances participation payment holdover G/L * Submits participation payment * Complies fully with all Bank policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Code of Conduct, and etc.). Must complete all required training
SKILLS / QUALIFICATION
* Substantial knowledge of loan operation, servicing, trade finance operation and documentation * Expertise in LaserPro, SBA SOP and bank loan policy and procedure * 2-4 years current experience in loan operations (experience in loan documentation preferred) * Team player * Adapt well to changes & fast paced work environment * Attention to detail
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor's degree preferred * Preferred experience with FIS

Pay ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location. Exact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience.
