POSITION OVERVIEW

This position handles commercial/personal real estate and SBA general loan operation

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Loan generation, funding and boarding Prepares SBA 1086 agreement Reviews and monitors collateral insurances. Handles general loan servicing for all loans Handles monthly invoices Daily loan payment and charge back Handles daily loan statement and notices Monitors tickler report and UCC continuation Posts daily payment Posts loan advance upon request Balances participation payment holdover G/L Submits participation payment Complies fully with all Bank policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Code of Conduct, and etc.). Must complete all required training SKILLS / QUALIFICATION Substantial knowledge of loan operation, servicing, trade finance operation and documentation Expertise in LaserPro, SBA SOP and bank loan policy and procedure 2-4 years current experience in loan operations (experience in loan documentation preferred) Team player Adapt well to changes & fast paced work environment Attention to detail EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree preferred Preferred experience with FIS

Pay ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location. Exact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience.
