What Youll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for clients with professionalism and compassion Conduct client intakes and manage case files from intake to resolution Request, track, and organize medical records and essential documentation Communicate with healthcare providers, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and motions Prepare and assemble compelling demand packages Negotiate medical balances and assist with settlement preparation Support attorneys with trial, mediation, and arbitration prep Collaborate closely with the legal team to drive case success
