Hancock Injury Attorneys is a premier, AV-rated personal injury law firm located in Tampa, Florida. We are a team of dedicated attorneys and legal staff looking to get the best results for the clients whose cases are in litigation.

This position is paired with a litigation legal assistant. This is a full-time position at our Tampa Office and is on-site Monday through Thursday, and the option to work remotely on Fridays. Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly Responsibilities: Manage roughly 40-50 cases at different stages of litigation Manage litigation caseload with efficiency, proactivity, and enthusiasm Manage calendar with precision Meet all case deadlines Correspond professionally and effectively with opposing counsel, judicial contacts, etc. Demonstrate excellence in client communications, care, and management Collaborate with and manage a legal assistant Handle case closings with expedience and thoroughness Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) after the onboarding and training period Qualifications: Demonstrate a full and robust understanding of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and personal injury litigation protocols Strong technical skills: experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat strongly preferred Proficiency with state and federal e-filing Attention to detail is essential Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
