Springfield Behavioral of Pennsylvania, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking Licensed Clinical Therapists to join our teams in Philadelphia, Havertown, Springfield, and Trevose, PA. As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. This is a hybrid position and requires 3 days per week in the office. Required Qualifications: Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field Must have a clear, active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) the state of Pennsylvania 5 years professional social work / clinical experience post Master's degree Preferred Qualifications: Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and families Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness Explore opportunities at Optum Behavioral Care.
