Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Legal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to our attorneys and case managers specializing in personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills. This role involves handling a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the legal team and the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Duties: · Prepare and draft legal documents, correspondence, and forms related to client cases. · Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for attorneys and clients. · Serve as a back up case-manager, helping with client files when needed. · Assist with the preparation and electronic filing of legal documents - Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: · High school diploma or equivalent required · Associate's degree or higher in legal studies, paralegal studies or a related field is preferred · Minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal assistant in personal injury law firm preferred. · Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
