Seeking a qualified Personal Injury Case Manager to join the dynamic team at Lloyd Baker Injury Attorneys, a reputable law firm based in Nevada. We are in search of a driven individual with a minimum of 1 plus years of experience in managing Personal Injury cases in Litigation.

We are looking for people who want a career, not just a job. Compensation: $23 - $25 hourly Responsibilities: Manage and oversee litigation cases. Conduct case assessments and investigations. Provide comprehensive support to attorneys and assist in case management. Communicate effectively with clients, assigned attorneys, and internal team members. Draft legal documents, correspondence, etc. Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation. Coordinate with medical providers, experts, and other relevant parties. Assist attorneys and paralegals in case strategy. Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and databases. Handle health insurance liens, including disputes. Qualifications: Proven experience with 1+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or PI Case Manager, specifically in litigation. Knowledge of Nevada legal procedures and regulations. Knowledge of personal injury law and legal terminology. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in legal research and document drafting. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with case management software, Filevine, is a plus.
