Head of Marketing We’re looking for someone to own the Astranis brand across creative channels and scale the in-house marketing org. You’ll lead visual and narrative strategy across design, video, social platforms, website, and paid demand campaigns all in support of hiring, fundraising, B2B lead generation, and public visibility. This is a leadership role with hands-on execution and high ambiguity, but huge upside. Role: Steward Astranis’s brand across visual and digital platforms: graphic design, video, social, website, blog, investor decks, etc. Lead and mentor our creative team (currently 1 designer and 3 full-stack video producers), setting high bar for quality and output Identify functional gaps, hire top-tier marketers, establish new roles aligned with our growth trajectory Develop targeted messaging for our key audiences: investors, customers, government stakeholders, candidates, partners, regulators Build and scale audience across core channels: X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, blog Define, launch, and optimize global paid top-of-funnel campaigns that fuel commercial satellite demand and leads

Astranis pay ranges are informed and defined through professional-grade salary surveys and compensation data sources. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, and the level and scope of the position.
