Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid, open to relocation) Salary: $180,000–$200,000 + 1.5–2% Equity Experience Level: 5–8 years in early-stage startups About Freckle Freckle is a fast-growing, early-stage startup redefining the [industry/product category]. Founded by a successful second-time entrepreneur with a track record of exits, we’ve already grown to 2,000 customers since launching in November. We are a lean, collaborative team where every employee has an outsized impact. Employee #4 will play a crucial role in scaling Freckle, building out our growth function, and shaping the company’s trajectory. Role Overview As Head of GTM, you will: Own and execute Freckle’s growth strategy across all channels. Drive adoption of new products and features, building an ecosystem of happy, engaged users. Act as a 2IC to the CEO , helping shape culture and strategy. Work hands-on with tools (especially Clay) to execute, analyze, and iterate on growth initiatives. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to drive measurable impact. Who We’re Looking For Must-Have Qualifications: 5–8 years driving growth at early-stage startups (pre-seed to Series A). Currently at a Series A or earlier startup and actively executing strategy. Strong experience and fluency with Clay . Excellent communication skills—can present ideas clearly, on camera, and in writing. Ambition to develop into a 2IC to the CEO and become a key cultural and strategic leader. Flexibility to wear multiple hats and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Have: Proven track record of building ecosystems and communities (experience with RevGenius or similar is a plus).
