Summary:

This role is for an experienced Software Engineer specializing in user interface development with full-stack capabilities. The position involves designing and developing responsive, scalable web applications and backend services, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-focused features.

Title : Full Stack Developer

Client : Nike

Duration : 9 month w/ Possible extensions

Location : Beaverton, Oregon

Work Mode : Remote

Responsibilities:

Design and develop responsive web applications using React and modern CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS or Emotion CSS

Build and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and MongoDB

Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver quality features

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

Participate in code reviews and enhance engineering practices

Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility

Skills/Qualifications:

5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on front-end development

Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and component-based architecture

Experience with Tailwind CSS, Emotion CSS, or similar frameworks

Solid understanding of Node.js and RESTful API development

Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases

Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities

Preferred: Experience with Next.js, testing frameworks, accessibility best practices, and Agile/Scrum environments
