Our flagship test, NavDx, is a breakthrough blood-based DNA test for HPV-induced cancers, clinically proven and already trusted by tens of thousands of patients and physicians across the U.S.
Opportunity Naveris is seeking a motivated Salesforce Full-Stack Developer to join our growing Data Engineering team. In this full-time, on-site role based in Waltham, MA, you will be part of the Data Engineering team to design and deliver end-to-end solutions.
We are seeking a Full-Stack Salesforce Developer with exceptional front-end skills and a testing-first mindset to help modernize our Salesforce platform.
You will collaborate with the team to replace inefficient UI patterns (such as standard list views, reverse lookups, and field-copy flows) with performant Lightning Web Components, debug and resolve production SOQL/flow issues, and contribute to cleaning up our data model for long-term sustainability.
In our environment, testing is part of development — you will own quality from design through deployment.

Key Responsibilities UI Modernization
Design and build highly reusable Lightning Web Components that can be configured and applied to any object in the org, reducing duplication and long-term maintenance.
Create dynamic filtering, sorting, inline editing, and export capabilities that adapt to different datasets without rewriting code
Collaborate with the team to identify recurring UI needs and turn them into configurable building blocks rather than one-off solutions.
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) is a plus.
Production Support & Debugging
Triage and resolve production user issues, SOQL exceptions and flow-related issues quickly.
Optimize queries and refactor automation to be bulk-safe and limit-conscious.
Partner with teammates to identify root causes and design preventive solutions.
Testing & Quality Ownership
Write meaningful Apex test classes) and tests for UIs using Automation framework.
Validate Flows in debug mode and test UI components against real-world data scenarios.
Treat testing as an integral part of coding, not a separate phase.
Perform integration, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality releases.
Salesforce Administration
Configure page layouts, Lightning Record Pages, and Dynamic Forms to improve usability.
Manage fields, validation rules, and duplicate rules for better data quality.
Maintain Custom Metadata, Custom Settings, and security model (profiles/permission sets).
Strong knowledge of Sharing rules.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will bring :
Technical Expertise:
2-4+ years Salesforce development experience.
Strong Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning framework skills.
Proven ability to debug and resolve production issues, especially query/flow-related.
Experience designing bulk-safe automations and avoiding governor limits.
Proficiency in data modeling, ERDs, and schema normalization.
Strong Salesforce Admin skills.
Strong testing mindset — owns both development and verification in the absence of dedicated QA.
Familiarity with Git-based source control and sandbox branching strategies.
Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Adaptable team player with a collaborative and proactive communication style.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools such as Gearset or Salesforce DevOps Center is a plus.
Author and run Postman collections to validate API integrations and support backend testing workflows.
Bonus: Experience in healthcare or lab workflows
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
