In this pivotal role, you will focus on generating and securing new Field Services business opportunities at both existing and prospective customers across your designated territory. As a seasoned professional, you will foster and strengthen relationships with key customers, driving growth and expanding our market presence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prioritize Health and Safety by adhering to all safety practices, policies, and processes Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within current accounts Analyze and target growth areas within established accounts to maximize revenue Seek out and engage potential new customers to expand our service reach Maintain high-visibility touchpoints with customers to enhance engagement and understanding of Clean Harbors Field Services capabilities Collaborate with Field Services team to leverage corporate and key account connections Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets Compile and manage the annual Sales Revenue Budget Build strong partnerships with local branches; tackle operational challenges urgently Assist in revenue collection from clients Monitor and document sales activities and opportunities, utilizing insights to enhance relationships with customers Manage and control sales expenses efficiently Monitor daily sales activities to remain informed on performance Negotiate pricing and contractual terms effectively Transition established customers to dedicated account success roles for ongoing management Act as the primary contact and problem solver for all assigned accounts and new business opportunities Develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders to align and deliver program goals that drive profitable revenue Create and implement strategic sales initiatives to expand account penetration and increase revenue streams QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields At least 7 years of relevant experience in high-level sales and management roles or similar industry roles Proven history of achieving multi-million-dollar sales quotas Track record of formulating and executing successful sales strategies and fostering long-term customer relationships Dynamic individual with a history of generating deals and growing business Strong negotiation skills with ability to achieve win-win outcomes Senior-level experience managing diverse customer bases and operational complexities Adept at building and influencing relationships internally and across sales support functions Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations High-energy, proactive, and innovative thinker with strong executive presence Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills for effective engagement with all levels of stakeholders Familiarity with customer issue resolution in areas such as RCRA, DOT, CERCLA, Environmental Remediation, and Emergency Response preferred Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Strong computer skills, particularly in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in Excel Self-motivated with a collaborative approach to driving revenue results Strategic and conceptual selling expertise Able to manage projects and analytical tasks effectively Comfortable working in a matrixed organization Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time Clean Harbors Field Services teams perform a variety of essential services, including sump and tank pump-outs, confined space tank cleaning, site decontamination, major remediation projects, and emergency response initiatives.
