Monday-Friday 8am-430pm with occasional prescheduled weekend day or weekday evening for community based eventsJob Setting:
Mobile Care Clinic Types of Cases:
Basic health screenings, Vaccinations, Physicals, Short term chronic disease management, Navigation of substance use disorder resources, Point of Care testing (rapid strep, UA, urine pregnancy, Hemoglobin, Hemoglobin A1c)
Minimum Requirements Board Certified Certifications:
DEA, BLSLicensure:
Active California license required
