Description
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership, with a focus on organization, discretion, and effective communication. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a high degree of integrity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence for senior leaders
+ Act as a liaison with internal departments, external partners, and board members
+ Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and meeting materials
+ Maintain confidential records and filing systems
+ Support strategic initiatives and special projects
+ Assist with policy development, internal communications, and event coordination
+ Oversee office supply inventory and vendor coordination as needed
Requirements
+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field
+ 5+ years of experience supporting executives or senior leadership
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office technologies
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
+ Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities
