About the role
We're looking for a experienced Executive Assistant to support two senior executives and help them work at their best. You will manage busy calendars, coordinate communications, and keep important projects on track so the executives can focus on big-picture goals.
You will juggle priorities and spot what needs attention before anyone asks. Your eye for detail ensures everything runs smoothly and nothing is overlooked.
As a key partner, you will keep these leaders connected to the right information and support, helping them balance priorities with the well-being of their teams and the wider Crunchyroll community.
Manage busy, complex schedules with confidence and independence
Prepare your executives with important info and materials before meetings
Handle emails and communications, making sure urgent issues get immediate attention and other tasks are delegated
Lead multiple important projects at once, following through to the finish
Arrange smooth domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, rides) and manage expenses
Spot ways to improve how you and the team work
Work closely with other Executive Assistants to support senior leadership as a team
We are considering applicants available to work a hybrid schedule, with three days each week onsite at our Dallas office.
About You

Proven ability to build strong relationships across all levels of a company and with outside partners
Comfortable handling a high volume of tasks independently in a fast-moving, global environment
