We are seeking a seasoned Estate Planning Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting high net worth clients with complex estate planning, including wills and trusts. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse clientele and handle a wide variety of estate planning issues. The successful candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, wills, trusts, and high net worth client management.

Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive estate planning services to high net worth clients. Draft, review, and revise wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents. Advise clients on tax strategies and implications related to estate planning. Collaborate with financial advisors and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans. Stay updated on current laws and regulations related to estate planning and tax laws. Attend client meetings, court hearings, and other relevant events. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service. Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents as required. Assist in the development of estate planning strategies and solutions. Job Details
Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, with a focus on high net worth clients. Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, and other estate planning tools. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Current license to practice law in the state. Proficient in the use of legal research tools and software. Experience in tax law would be a plus.
