We are seeking a seasoned Estate Planning Attorney to join our dynamic legal team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney with a minimum of 5+ years of experience who is seeking to apply their knowledge and skills in a challenging and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive legal counsel on all aspects of estate planning, including the drafting of Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Advance Directives. Manage all phases of estate administration, including probate and trust administration. Advise clients on tax-efficient strategies for wealth preservation and succession planning. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses. Represent clients in court or before government agencies, if necessary. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations related to estate planning and administration, staying abreast of current trends and recent developments in the field. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning and administration. Proven track record of handling complex legal matters related to estate planning and administration. Exceptional knowledge of local, state, and federal laws related to estate planning and administration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical and proactive advice to clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner. High level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
