Law firm focused on estate planning, business, and construction. In addition to assisting individuals and families with their estate planning needs, we also help businesses and non-profits form, organize, review and draft contracts, handle employment issues, collections, insurance disputes, and litigation. We also represent clients involved in the construction industry, including both general and subcontractors, providing services such as contract review, drafting, and negotiations; consultations regarding bidding processes; collections, including the filing of mechanic’s liens; and litigation.

Job Details
Responsibilities Meet with clients to review their legal matter. Conduct estate planning document reviews and signing appointments. Draft and file estate planning documents, probate forms, deeds, and numerous types of business agreements. Correspond with clients regarding the status of their matter. Occasionally travel to the courthouse for filings, research, or sporadic hearings.
Qualifications At least one year of experience in estate planning. Admitted to practice in North Carolina is required. South Carolina is preferred. Excellent research, writing, and proofreading skills. Willingness to be active with bar associations and networking groups.
