Key Deliverables Lead and support all Midwest Region partner’s onboarding and integration efforts working closely with Charlotte HQ/Shared Services, track progress and measure results Manage month end close process for regional partners, frequent onsite visits to improve efficiency and standardize processes, provide support as needed to ensure reporting deadlines are met, and partners are audit ready by year end, develop robust procedures, and SOP’s to serve as guidelines and training materials for regional accounting teams Prepare regional financial reporting including balance sheet, summary income statement and cash flow Position Responsibilities Lead and direct partner accounting teams within the Region as needed Assist with partner month end close to ensure compliance with GAAP Review of partner financial statements to identify potential accounting issues Lead onboarding and integration activities for platform partners, resolve issues, etc. Develop scalable processes to facilitate efficient month end close, quarterly reviews, and onboarding initiatives (using Monday.com) Ensure collaboration between regional teams, Charlotte HQ and ERP team Provide training and support as needed Other duties as assigned Position Requirements Minimum Bachelor’s degree in accounting 10-12 years of experience, active CPA 20-25% travel within region Full cycle accounting, strong knowledge of GAAP Strong project management, process improvement Strong systems knowledge Ability to coach, develop and lead teams Ability to thrive in fast paced, dynamic environment. Works independently and is a proactive problem solver Excellent interpersonal skills, Ability to interface at various levels within the organization Strong time management Excellent organization skills Preferred Public accounting experience (strongly preferred) Master’s degree in accounting ERP System Implementation experience Experience with Construction/Contractor accounting Experience with Viewpoint Spectrum NOTE: This role will be located in/around the Chicago area for travel purposes that will require visits to our partners in Illinois, Iowa, Michigan and surrounding areas.
