Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Under supervision, the Department Security Administrator assists with the execution of operations to meet mission and goals of the program/project assigned. Develops and produces deliverables including presentations, website, social media content, communications, and other materials.
Salary offers are determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, and equity. The full hourly salary range for this position is $28.30 - $54.74. The department's target hourly salary range is $28.30-$41.52.

Required:
* Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training * 2-4 years of relevant experience. * Ability to work independently and also have interpersonal skills to work with teams. * Demonstrated writing skills to produce wide range of documents and deliverables. * Experience communicating effectively and professionally and working with a variety of internal and external partners, including UCLA administrators, outside funders, policy makers and community representatives. * Working knowledge of evaluation, creating datasets, grant writing and proposal submission. * Strong organizational skills to successfully work on and track complex programs involving short deadlines and multiple tasks, in coordination with multiple teams to achieve program/project mission and goals. * Working knowledge of program/project development, evaluation, creating datasets, financial management and reporting, research principles including CITI training, grant writing and proposal submission, University procedures and policies, program/project related federal and state regulations. * Ability to seek out and learn new policies, procedures, and software to advance the mission of the program/project. * Ability to train new program/project managers and other staff within and external to the unit.
