Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Sales experience or outbound call experience preferred.
• Competitive backgrounds (sports/etc) perform well in this role.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
