As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Stephanie Chew - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities include answering customer inquiries and providing policy information, assisting customers with policy changes and updates, processing insurance claims and following up with customers, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications include communication and interpersonal skills, being detail-oriented and able to multitask, previous customer service experience preferred, and bilingual Spanish preferred. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year. About Our Agency
