We are currently hiring a Credit Assistant to support a fast-paced credit and customer service team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling a high volume of calls and account activity. Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls professionally Assist customers with account questions, payments, billing, and order status Process and manage Cash Before Delivery (CBD) orders and accounts Enter and maintain accurate customer account information Support credit team with documentation, references, and reporting Assist with collections on past-due accounts (phone and email) Process payments, including credit card transactions Research and resolve account discrepancies and order issues Prepare correspondence, documents, and general administrative support If you're dependable, detail-driven, and ready to contribute to a busy team, we'd love to hear from you. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, internet navigation)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to remain professional when handling difficult conversations
  • Effective memo and letter writing
  • Mathematical, spelling and accuracy aptitude
